The worst taxi service ever they need a new company they have yu waiting for hours n have a attitude when yu calling them

I read the other reviews and I have to say that at the 1st of the month it does take a little while to get a cab. But that is because everyone goes to pay bills and keeps the cabs tied up. This company has been in business for 27 years and I personally have had no problems with them. The drivers are friendly and the dispatcher has always been up front with me if it is going to take a little while to get to me. The drivers help me with loading and unloading and if I need assistance in a store they come in and help me. I have been in other cabs that the drivers just sits in the front and do not even offer to help. This town has a lot of visually impaired, deaf, and elderly people that depend on them for transportation and assistance to pay bills and do their running around town. The only time I have had to wait for a cab any length of time is at the 1st of the month when the checks come out. That has always been the case even when other cab companies were in town. I think the company does a good job and am thankful they are here.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely the worse Taxi service. The only reason why I go thru them is because there is no other Taxi service around here. They can't give you an estimated time frame so you sit around waiting for close to an hour. The one experience I had with them that was absolutely ridiculous was I got dropped off at walmart by the taxi service. And called them while I was in check out and they told me they would send someone. I waited 2 hours with my groceries with frozen food and milk. I'm also pregnant. We called every 30 minutes and the only thing they could tell us is they couldn't find the guy. It was close to closing time for the service by the time the dude finally shows up. We never got an apology and I feel like since we waited for 2 hours in walmart (during a storm) that we should have gotten some kind of curitisy ride which by the way was only a $7 ride. Absolutely the worse taxi service I have ever delta with and I have been around the world.

The drivers are friendly. However, dispatching has poor customer service,time management, and scheduling skills.
