I'm very pleased with the quality of service and construction of my sun room. The recommendations were professional and well worth following. The price was very reasonable and the end product is better than I hoped for. The attention to detail in the construction is evident in the function and appearance of the screens, windows and door. I'm a very satisfied customer.

We have a 2 year old sunroom that hasn't been usable yet. There are leaks and we have been calling for a year - no response. Evidently, they don't care about making their shoddy job right. This is not the only time and this is what we get for choosing a franchise instead of a local group. Thumbs down.

I met Chris at the Tallahassee home show, he was very professional and polite. We gave him our number and had a rep come to our home and give us some ideas for our deck and screen room. Andray was our assigned rep and came to our home with some amazing ideas. He gave us a great idea on how to build and enclose the deck. Andray kept us informed every step of the way. The process was very lengthy with getting approval through the HOA and the building permit. Andray was great. The deck and screened enclosure looks amazing. The whole process to about 30 days. All the workers were very polite and respectful and answered our questions.

All Custom put a patio cover on our house, the cover was great for a while but soon after it was installed it starting leaking. We have called them at least 6 times and they still have not come to fix it.

They wrote me a check a year ago still won't cash !,Won't return phone calls or pay their debts bunch a crooks especially Ray

We had a pool cage built by All Custom, which was good for a few years, but deck roof always leaked (until WE replaced it ourselves). Then we realized a tear in screen in top of pool cage (that we CANNOT repair ourselves) and called them to come out to do that for us. They not only did NOT come, they would not even return a phone request for callback. Guess they only want new business. None of that 'service after the sale'

These guys came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. They built my enclosure on schedule, and thier workers were courteous and professional. They even repaired an awning I have owned for 10 years free as a courtesy. I have never felt more important to any company I have hired before. When I accidently damaged a screen shotly after the job was done, they even fixed that for free.

This company did a job for me and offered a 5 year warranty on their work. I had an issue and they did not come out and repair the problem. I had to call another company for my repairs. Be very cautious of when a company tells you they have a 5 year warranty on their products!! Get it in writing.
