On or around June 12, 2015 I took my wifeâÂÂs car (2007 Dodge Nitro not new but in really great shape) here because the a/c was blowing cold. Not cold like it should. They wanted 69 or 79 dollars just to look at it. I agreed and five to six hours later they called saying that the car was low on refrigerant, and that there was a leak. I told them to go ahead and fix it. I have a three year old that rides to school every day in this car, so I had to get it fixed on the spot. (ItâÂÂs too hot in July and August to ride 45 minutes to work one way, without a/c) Few more hours later I came to pick the car up and the bill was just over 200 dollars for refrigerant and parts/shop materials for the leak. Problem fixed. Air was working great. Before I finished paying, they made the statement that the compressor was going out. That it would need to be replaced if I had a problem happened again. I then left, and in the parking lot I looked under the hood for new parts or materials that they could have used. Nothing under the hood looked new, or even cleaned off. But ok. Problem fixed.July 17, 2015 the A/C did it again. So, I bought the refrigerant and refilled the A/C myself. The A/C worked just as great as it did before. But I discovered that the low pressure service port was leaking refrigerant. (it was bubbling out) I called this place back and describe my problem to them. They told me to bring the vehicle back and quoted on the phone that it wold be 147 dollars to fix and refill. I told the guy that I had just spent 200 on this problem here not even a month ago, and IâÂÂm already having problems again with the same issue they fixed before. That if I paid this, combined it was going to cost me almost 400 dollars for minor issue. Basically replacing a valve stem and refilling the car refrigerant again. I said no thanks. They were not even willing to cut me a break on the price even though I had just gave them business on this same problem the month before. I truly believe and would almost bet 400 dollars that if I had bought the car in that they would have told me that the compressor was shot. I could be wrong, but I also believe that this place is only out for money. Granted they did have great customer service, but I guess thatâÂÂs what all the money pays for. I took my car to auto service experts on the parkway the same day. They didnâÂÂt charge me to look at it. (Free) Agreed with me that, I was right about the problem. (The valve stem was lose or damaged and leaking refrigerant slowly) They didnâÂÂt charge me for the valve stem (Free), and they refilled the A/C with refrigerant. They charged me for just the refrigerant. Works great again.

Provided by YP.comMy truck was running very poorly, miss firing shaking and engine light blinking. I had it towed to Auto Xperts. Didn't have an appointment , just showed up. The service rep talked with me a few minutes, and said he would work it in as soon as possible. I went across the street for some lunch, and came back in half an hour. My truck was in the service bay. About 15 to 20 minutes later the service rep came in and told me they found a loose connector on the cam position sensor. I was only charged for connecting and running the computer for error codes. They could have charged me for any number of things, but did not.
I truly appreciate the honesty, and how quickly I was back on the road.
Courteous people...honest service...and reasonable charges.

I have taken my cars and trucks and now my lawnmowers and John Deere Gator to Auto Experts for years. The management of this place is professional, upbeat and friendly, a great combination that is seldom found at car repair businesses. My vehicle problems are analyzed and fixed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Provided by YPmobileI just visited auto xperts today and had them put on an after market part. After waiting over an hour for a 20min job and being charged over $60 dollars for just switching out a pipe, I was just happy to have it done. Then I noticed a part in the box with my stock part that I felt I remembered reading about in the directions that it should stay on but after asking about it and the mechanic telling me he was supposed to replace it I trusted the guy who was doing the job. When I got home I decided to look through the directions and of course the part was incorrectly removed which could have led to malfunction. I called and told them what had happened and they seemed very unconcerned. I just wasn't happy with the professionalism and would not recommend. I also saw one of their mechanics drive a customer's truck over a curb also with very little concern.
JacobGa, At Auto Xperts our number one goal is complete customer satisfaction. We strive to make your visit as painless as possible. All of our technicians and managers have a minimum of 25 years experience in auto repair and customer service. The part in question was the "old" retaining bolts that were removed with the "old" exhaust pipe. The technician installed the "new" bolts that were provided with the "new" pipe. If the part was improperly installed, the vehicle would have developed an exhaust leak. You were told when you called that we would gladly re-install the old bolts for you but you elected not to return. I also personally tried to call you and left a message but you didn't reply. As for the cost, $60.00 is certainly a fair price to install an exhaust part which is usually rusted and can take extra time to remove. Per Florida law, the price is always agreed upon by both parties before any work is performed. The employee that hit the curb was driving his own vehicle into the narrow driveway leading into our parking lot. We always use due care when operating our valued customers vehicles. I would like to personally apologize for the bad experience you may have had at Auto Xperts. We are very concerned about the service our customers receive and value their opinions. We will be glad to address your concerns with the work we performed. Sincerely, Chris Hackney

I own a Ford Expedition. I took my vehicle to another shop in town with a vibration when braking, I was quoted around $800.00 to replace the front and rear brakes including new disc brake rotors. I declined the repairs and took the vehicle to Auto Xperts for a 2nd opinion (boy was I glad). They charged me 108.00 to refinish my brake rotors, the brake pads were still in good condition (they were only about a year old) and didn't need to be replaced. My vehicle stops like new again and I have an extra 700.00 in my purse. These guys are very honest!!!! They didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a female. Thank goodness there is still honest people in the world. Thanks Guys.
