Lawnmower was not fixed after paying for it to be. Demonstrated it still did not work. Manager refused to provide further service or refund. In retaliation for complaining manager cursed at my family saying the f word in front of kids. He became aggressive. I intend to file a police report for debasement and fraud.

Want to get ripped off? This is the place to go! I took my mower here to have it fixed, I could have purchased a new Mower for the cost of the repairs. No phone call to tell me how much it was. To top it off the mower still was not working. I took it to another shop and found out I was charged for parts that were not replaced. The new owner is rude and obnoxious. Not the same B & T I remember. This place has gone down hill since the new owner took over

they did a great job getting my old riding mower to run again and pricing was great. then I took my weedeater to them which needed a new gas line and they fixed it while I waited. beat part was they didn't even charge me. All my future business will go there!
