Had my car towed from an accident, the police used Bee Bee. Spent the next 5 days trying to get them to answer their phone, the phone was not set up for messages. When I finally reached him, the guy was rude and said I just needed to meet him there to get it towed, I said I would be there in 30 minutes. I contacted my tower immediately to get it, the Bee Bee driver was gone and it took another 4 days to retrieve my car so I could begin the repairs. What horrendous service they have, just stacking their storage fees as long as they can. Never use them.

I had someone get their car towed to my lot by these guys, the driver was so rude, wouldn't drop the car in the proper location even though I asked him BEFORE he even got out of his truck! His excuse was that he "needed to get out of there"... I've worked with tow companies all over Tallahassee and He's the rudest driver I've ever come across!

The driver was very accommodating and pulled my car out of a ditch with ease. I would recommend this company and I would use them again if I have to.

Stay Clear of this towing company in Tallahassee. Forced to pay cash only, the owner, Jimmy Phillips, admitted he does not know all the specific municipal or state codes/statutes.

Nearly caused an accident when the driver forced me into oncoming lane traffic.
