Mike Thomas I'd amazing he came over realized we needed a new part went and got the part and came back and set it up at 9 a clock at night! He is amazing professional and did an amazing job.

Asked for a quote on a repair of a 5 foot of piece flex that had come loose. Instead of giving me a quote for a repair, he gave me a $4,000 quote for replacing the entire system, noting a couple of minor issues, and charged me $90 for the quote! Until this flex came loose, my electricity bill has been ~$150/month for 1600 sq ft. Given that, my AC has been functioning fine and my low bill, I don't think any of those minor issues warrants spending $4,000. Removed the flex myself, cleaned the metal junctions it was attached to, and taped it up. That was months ago and it hasn't leaked since. Took me less than 30 minutes. I would really feel for someone who was not in the condition to do their own repairs and had to choose between doing without AC or getting ripped off for $4,000. Stay away from these people. Typical bait and switch.
