I called for service, and they were supposed to come between 8:00 and 8:15. I called at 8:35 and was told the technician was close, no more than 15 minutes away. I called back at 9:15 because still nobody had arrived and told them I wanted to cancel. I was asked if I wanted to wait and find out how far the technician was from my house. Ummm, no, I already did that and you told me 15 minutes or less almost 45 minutes ago. If you have time to sit around and wait indefinitely, I cannot attest to their service. I can only attest to their lack of professionalism.

My electrical service went out about 9:00pm and Mr.Bodiford sent someone right out to my house. The electrican was knowledgable and courstey. My problem was fixed in a matter of about an hour. I 100% use him again and recomend him to my family and friends.
