I am not sure i understand Ms Greene. You were happy 2 other times but not this past time. Lets see if i can clear this up. Your first move was with myself and one of my longtime employees, in the rain. We moved your things without damage and within our 2 hour minimum and didnt charge you for the time of having to wait for the rain to settle some. You had no sofa at this time. Then we came at a later date and delivered your large 2 piece sofa, in the rain again. I believe i gave you a repeat cutomer discount as well. Then the day you asked us to move you again we showed up a little late, but still trying to beat the rain again, this time we have to move the original things from your first move, the large 2 piece sofa from your second time using us and you have added a freezer and a few other small furniture items. The time to do all this work at once instead of serparately will be greater of course. And to add to it i had a newer mover with me i was training so the job took a little longer there too. Now onto pricing. I believe to make up for being a little late and having a newer mover with me, i stopped your time before we were even done and gave you a disount. As for the bank fee you mentioned. You dated the check for that day. I offered to hold it for you till the 2nd thursday for you till you got paid. I am sorry it got entered the monday before. But i did hold it over a week for you which is against our practices. I am sorry if you got a bank fee. I hope the money we did save you helped you with that. As for you being happy 2 times and then the 3rd being bad, i guess it depends on how you look at it. We are sorry for any inconvienince but stand by our thoughts that we did right by you mutiple times.
