I bought a mobile home here at the end of July 2014. I moved in almost two weeks ago and have been trying to get the management to honor their 30-day warranty on major appliances, electrical and plumbing ever since. The stove hasn't worked since we moved in, sparks and makes a loud electrical pop if you turn on the breaker, which surely means it is a possible a fire hazard. Cindy, who was very nice, hasn't been in the office and I have been forced to deal with her very rude and obnoxious assistant. We can't cook in the house and haven't been able to since moving in. I was told there is only one maintenance person for all work orders, that I'm not the only one who needs work done and that if the maintenance man happens to come into the office that she'll see where I am in the list of work orders. I was told this on Monday after already being patient and waiting for a full week. It is now Wednesday and still no update. At this point I'm starting to feel like I'll need the help of an attorney or perhaps the Attorney General's consumer complaint department to get them to honor their warranty. It really is a shame as I had a good experience with Cindy and was excited to be moving here. Apparently when Cindy is away her assistant feels free to be a shrew. I don't know how this woman has retained a customer service position. I've talked to several neighbors that have also had bad experiences with Cindy's assistant and have no hope that she will miraculously start performing her job. After dealing with her all I want to do is pay it off and move far away from this community. They also advertise a pool, but don't be fooled. You can only access the pool by going through the office during business hours so it is no use at all in the evening or on the weekend when people are off work. You can only stare at it longingly through the chain link fence. If something changes I will update this review accordingly, but at this time the entire experience dealing with the lack of customer service from the property management office has left a bad taste in my mouth.
