Located in Tallahassee, Fla., Cobb Middle School serves more than 900 students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes science, social studies, mathematics, English and language arts. The school also offers classes in art, band, chorus, technology education, physical education and family and consumer science. It has various facilities, including a gymnasium, graphic arts building, media center, cafeteria and science labs. The school has several clubs, such as black history, book, garden and human relations club. It also has various organizations, including student government association, Cobb cubs news network, partnership in mathematics and science initiative and Florida Future Educators of America.
