Keep a careful list of all your items accepted for consignment at this store. Check racks when you go in to make sure that your items are coded with your code and not someone else's. Ask for copies of your list of accepted clothes and check it against your own list. Ask to be returned all your items that are not sold and be sure to reclaim your unsold clothes according to their schedule or you will not get them back. I found some of my items for sale under another code and some of my items disappeared. Of course, the store has a disclaimer ththat it is not responsible for missing items.
