Courteous, professional and quick. They did a great job removing a large dead tree in the backyard.

I had an emergency job that posed a threat to my home. The emergency job was a large water oak that developed a serious split in the heavy branches just above the trunk and threatened my house. I only noticed it the evening before. I called Crickets first thing the next morning and an estimator was here within an hour. That afternoon a work crew rolled up and took down that tree and others in one great work effort. Most importantly, just as they were finishing up the job, a squall came through with heavy rain and some high winds and I am convinced the damaged tree would have fallen on my house as a result of that high wind had it not been for the timely response of the Crickets crew taking the tree down just hours before. Basically, Cricketts saved my house and I am very thankful for everything. I have the highest respect for everyone that was here today, from the climber to the crane operator and bucket operator but also the guys that cleaned up afterward. I told one guy, ‘don’t worry about that, I’ll get it up’. He shouted back, ‘Sir, this is our job, we’ll take care of it. So, from top to bottom, your crew did a fine job and I am very grateful. Oh, and to mention that cleanup was immaculate.

They recently took down 6 trees in my yard. I can't tell you how nice and refreshing it is to deal with people that give great customer service and their rates are very good. If you need trees taken down call them today.

Cricket's Tree Service removed a large dying oak tree that was over the roof of my house as well as that of a neighboring apartment. Also a dead sweetgum tree was removed from the front yard adjacent to powerlines and a busy street. Every step of the process from requesting a quote to the actual work performed was professional and exemplary. I would not hesitate to use Cricket's Tree Service again.Greg

Two weeks ago a giant pine tree fell outside my bedroom window nearly killing me and my fianc�. The owner of crickets came to my house personally and assured me he would remove the tree and the one that was struck by lightning behind my house that was hanging over my house without an expensive crane like all the other tree companies told me I would have to have. He and his crew are very experienced and explained everything to me and right down to there receptionist at the office I felt like I was working with family... Every experience I had with them was above and beyond excellent! I am so happy I met all of them and want everyone to know what a wonderful group of people this company is all about! I am looking forward to having them come to my home in the future and take it from me if you go anywhere else you will not be as happy as I am now... I wanted to hug each and every one of the people that came to my house to help me and want everyone to know they should take the trees near there house very serious. I called your company for an estimate, made an appointment for the next day and volia, no call....no visit. Guess you didn't need my business.

Came out to my home and gave me an estimate. The price was right and the service excellent.

We have been in business for over 20 years and thrive on our reputation from our customers. Their satisfaction has been the foundation of our success. It is unfortunate that this customers experience with us was not what he expected.We always strive to do the best job we can and every circumstance is different.

I called Cricket's Tree Service regarding two large rotting oaks. Their estimator did not call or meet with me to discuss the job. The owner, Gary Barco, gave me a price over the phone, and told me his office would take care of sending a contract, insurance paperwork and put my job on the schedule. I never got a contract. I never got copies of their insurance; they never met with me to discuss the work. They showed up after calling and telling me a completely different time, and butchered my property when I was not there: I happened to come back when they were nearly done, and found they had taken out a 30-year old cherry laurel tree that was to remain. Tim, the foreman told me it was "in the way." They took out my tree to save five minutes' work! It was fifteen feet away from the oaks, and not in the way of anything. They also partly destroyed the centerpiece of the front yard, by dropping a large oak branch through a magnificent magnolia, shearing off nearly all the limbs on one side. A terrible waste that will take a decade to begin to heal. Tim told me he was making a point with his boss about not getting a crane when he wanted one. He didn't need a crane--he needed to be fired before he ever showed up at my property.They parked their trucks on the concrete walk, without using any equipment pads. A 10' section of concrete is crushed, and will cost as much to repair as the entire tree butchery project was to have cost.When I called Gary Barco to tell him how badly his crew was damaging the property, he called his foreman, and they abandoned the job without ever coming back to remove the stumps or clean up their mess.I manage property for a living. I regularly use contractors of every specialty. Cricket's Tree Service is the worst company I've ever encountered.

Wonderful. They had everything covered. Hard wood pieces so when pieces of the tree feel it wouldn't break my sprinkler heads. Great Price and Fantastic service, came when they said they were coming, Very polite, everybody worked, got the job done fast, no mishaps, cleaned up and my yard looked better than it did before they came. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks a million!!

Cricket's recently removed two giant trees from our yard and did a wonderful job!! The stumps were ground down very well and there was hardly any sign that the trees or Cricket's had ever been there. Not a spare twig or leaf left behind - it was amazing. The best part was that the service was so affordable. Thanks Cricket's!!
