It was such a pleasure working with Meridee. No words can really capture how wonderful Meridee has been to me and my family. As I was on the search for my first home, I ended up losing my job during the process. Meridee could have easily stop contacting me because she didn't know when I was going to be employed again or even when I was going to be back on my feet to buy a house. She kept my spirits high by still sending me new house notifications and calling to check on me all while I didn't have a job. Carpentry has meant that when repairs are needed, they are done promptly at a reasonable price. When a washer and dryer were needed in one of my units, she purchased late model used ones at less than half the cost of new. At the end of the year she provides me with an excel report with all the income and expenses to make filing my taxes super easy! I couldn't be more delighted with how well she has managed my investment property.
