ANY healthcare facility is better than this one. The most disorganized facility on the face of the planet.
I arrived at 2pm when they began taking walk-ins. I filled out new patient paperwork and waited... and waited and waited until finally an hour and forty five minutes later they called my name. They called at least ten other people that came in after me before I was seen. That was only the beginning of my horrible experience.
Finally I was called back where a nurse began assessing my condition. After I told her what was wrong, she began asking me the same questions that I answered on the new patient paper work earlier and entered into the computer. Why fill out the paper in the first place if they're not even going to look at it? While she was getting my personal information we were interrupted THREE times by two different nurses that didn't even knock on the door before they came in! The other nurses were looking for other patient paperwork that they couldn't find! I saw them open a drawer in the exam room I was in and it was stuffed full of patient forms--completely unorganized!!
After the nurses assessment, she took me to another exam room to wait for the doctor. By then it was 4pm and I had been there for two hours. And it gets worse. While I'm waiting for the doctor I hear two women outside the door talking about a patient that they can't find. They had no idea where she went and obviously had no idea what she even looked like because one of them opened the door, again without knocking, and asked who I was and why I was there. The doctor nodded and left.
And so it continues. Fifteen minutes later, one of the nurses that interrupted me earlier barged into the room again, asked my name and what they were seeing me for. After telling her that info she said the doctor was finishing up with a patient and I was next.
Another fifteen minutes pass and the same doctor that popped in earlier asking who I was came back asking if I've seen the nurse yet. I told her I had, she took my personal info and I was waiting to see a doctor. The woman rolled her eyes, said "Oh my god" and left the room.
Finally, after about two and a half hours, a doctor came to talk to me. She had my name written down on a scrap of paper which she proceeded to take notes on about my exam. It is like these people have never heard of a medical chart and missed the invention of the clipboard. They are so disorganized and rude! Even after my exam the same nurse barged in again looking for the doctor!
It is an awful thing that people without insurance or a lot of money have to deal with service like this, but the fee was only $25, so I guess you get what you pay for.

I just went to Bond for the first time in a long time yesterday. The company is totally different from how it was when it was on orange. Now that they have moved to South Gadsden street the change of environment has really made a difference. Its a huge facility with a million services. Bond has family practice medicine, radiology/X-ray, HIV/AIDS specialty care, a Pharmcay, a dentistry and more. I cant beleive the company turn out to be this great considering how they were before.

If I coiuld rate a place negative 3 I would! This place lacks professionalism and the staff lacks good old common sense. I had a appt. around a holiday that I scheduled three months prior and they told me the day of my appt that the doctor went out of town. THEN for the day the rescheduled I never got a confirmation call and when i called they said my appt was rescheduled again and they cant tell me the date because the scheduler was on vacation. Some of the doctors are not so bad but the staff makes the whole place unbearable. I would never recommend anyone whi has other means to a physician to come here.
