if someone is going to America Runs on Dunkin on North Monroe St. don't bother. We live on the corner and have tried serval dozen times during their 2 years of being open and not only can they get a coffee order right but even the donuts have been wrong when we have only ordered 2. the coffee is a small black with 2 creams, witch I go thru the drive thru for many times, how hard can that be, ask the servers. and if you order between 2 and 4 expect cold coffee. I finally went in and told them after getting cold coffee with sugar and cream in it 2ce in one week and the customer service was ZERO. not an apology, thank you.

they had no coffee ready - they did not tell me this they mumbled to each other and started making a pot. when it got to 8 oz. she stopped it poured it in my cup with cream and gave it to me saying nothing. well, you can imagine what the coffee tasted like and was just hot enough to drink. Unbealivable, I have worked in the service industry 30 years and have never treated a good customer this way. and I am a good customer, I always tip. Well if this what America runs on I want off the train.
