Had Diabetic supply's set for delivery for 6/29/16. Delivery had to be signed for. Doorbell rang but before we (elderly) could get to the door down the street the driver went. Left tag that delivery would be on 6/30. Waited all day but no delivery was mad. Called national center and was told no attempt was made on the 30th and that FedEX is closed on Monday 8/1 and delivery would be sometime on Tuesday 8/2 which is 8 days after the shipment was picked up. Tried to call the local Tallahassee office and no answer but the posted hours are 8 to 8. National office kept calling me by my first name and when told to use my last name the person said he had it reversed and he would correct it. Then ended the call by calling me again by my first name. I have a business account with FedEX or I should say I did as I will cancel it today not that FedEX would care but it will sure make me feel better.
