Six months after it was repaired my 1996 Saturn's air conditioning system needed additional repair. I was giving my business to another place (for both repairs) and after a few days I received a call telling me it was ready.

My husband tuned up my car a couple of days later and saw that neither the air conditioner caps or the hose had been replaced and refrigerant was leaking. I had been doing business with the other place and felt that it was careless in not checking those parts when it did the repair. I was in no mood to leave the car overnight as currently we did not have another vehicle available to use.

Several people who work with my husband recommend Fountains. My husband called and was able to get an appointment the next day and was told that it would take half a day. Fountains has several mechanics (unlike the other place) and got right on it. By early afternoon that day we received the call that it was ready.

I would more than recommend Fountains - the parts were replaced and it gave us a couple of extra caps!

An additional plus - Fountains dropped my husband home after he left the car and picked me up to get it. How many places do that?
