FUBA Workers Comp's practice is completely unprofessional. We have been customers of theirs for over ten years and never had a problem with them until now. FUBA claims to be "reliable", "understanding to unique needs of Florida businesses", and give "exceptional service". We had recently had to submit a workers comp dispute due to some unclarity of our consultants being mistaken for subcontractors who work on the field. We followed FUBA's recommended procedure in resolving the issue, however they took manners into their own hands and canceled our policy after they told us it was a "simple fix by filling out the dispute form". When they make money from us, they never give us any trouble. We submit one claim and they cancel our policy.



To give exceptional customer service is to be understanding and helpful towards your customers, not lead them on and abandoning them when they ask for help. I would not recommend this company to any contractor who wants a reliable, secure workers compensation coverage. FUBA is not what they claim to be!
