Their facility is exceptionally cramped, dirty, and their staff is dismal at best. Now, that's not even referring to my actual mani/pedi. First of all, everything is done haphazardly. I had two different people for my mani and pedi and the pedi was all messy and she didn't clean up the excess polish. Which doesn't even compare to the guy who did the shellac on my nails. He soaked my hands in acetone for a straight ten minutes and the proceeded to buff my nails so hard he cut my cuticles until they bled. So no, don't ever EVER waste your money. I am so irritated with this place I will blacklist them til I graduate.
