I am writing this appeal because I feel that more verification is needed. I purchased this home in 2014, the home was built in
2007. When I purchased this home there were no appliances, and I spent a lot of money purchasing appliances which I do
not see the dishwasher nor the microwave which was both $700+. I have a privacy fence which was roughly $5k. I had an
appointment with the appraiser between the hours of 8am-830am, she proceeded to call me on the morning of and ask if I
could move the appointment back to around 1030-1100 so she could attend her son's award program, and I told her no I had
taken off work and I needed her to keep our original schedule. The board that was wet from the rain she said was wood rot, I
am willing to replace it with a new board. I've already called the carpenter
