I have been really pleased with the services provided by Jumpstart and have only good things to say. The guys are very friendly and talk to me in plain English. They don't make me feel stupid about asking computer questions (which is nice for once), and the service/repairs are always timely and professional.



When my laptop screen broke, they replaced it in a mere three days (which included the shipping) for a super cheap $80 plus the part. They also helped rid me of a nasty virus that made my internet stop working and helped me (for free) to find ways to avoid getting spyware in the future!



I gave the technician a $20 tip for being so helpful. (I wouldv'e paid $100's if I'd taken it to Best Buyor Office Depot/Staples, so it was still way cheaper.)



Apparently they have offices in Destin / Sandestin / Fort Walton Beach (FWB), as well as on Tallahassee.



I highly recommend their service.

I have never written a review on here before, but I think this company deserves some praise. I had some serious computer problems and the guys at Jumpstart came out to my house and fixed everything! The technician was polite and knowledgeable, and he got me back up and running in no time! Thanks guys, I'll be recommending you to everyone!

First of all, let me say that it was really a pleasure working with this company! I found their number here on YP.com and called them to fix a virus that I can only assume was downloaded by my daughter who does nothing, but surf the internet after school! The Gentleman on the phone told me they did on site or remote repairs, he told me they were a locally owned company and they charged a FLAT rate for everything, no hidden fees! Other repair companies were trying to charge me $100 per hour, and could not even give me an estimate on how long it would take to fix! They set me up with an appointment for the next day and the technician did an outstanding job. He was there for about an hour and a half and charged me a flat $80. Before leaving he gave me some tips to keep the computer clean of viruses. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing computer help!
