After much research and worry I took my Titan in for diagnosis and treatment. Their service writer actually knew his stuff and in a few hours my pick up was purring. AND it was all accomplished at a reasonable price. THANKS Kraft and a big shout out to Philip Johnson.

Stay away or bring an attorney with you. I found that they are willing to talk to you but not so willing to do anything. They provide endless excuses in which the ending is always the same. "We're not sure what happened but we sure aren't going to do anything about it. Oh, and be sure to pay the diagnostic fee on the way out." And of course, you're stopped by a sales person who asks "Would you care to test drive one of our cars?" Basically, they worked on my engine. A couple months later, the engine is toast. They said that it was probably a lemon to begin with. My question: why you did a diagnostic and repaired the head gasket, why didn't you see anything back then. the answer, "Well, there is no way that we can know much about the engine when it's a bad Nissan."

At least one of their service people said that he had worked at Toyota and he went to Nissan. At that point, I wondered if he had been fired by Toyota.

I was referred to Al Napier at Kraft Nissan by a customer of his. I was thankful that she told me to go see him cause he help me save money by getting out of my pathfinder and I thought I was getting a 2012 model Nissan Altima but he got me into a 2013 Altima and lowered my payments. The finance department was great and love my warranty. If you at Kraft as for Al and make sure Finance guy Joe does the paperwork he is great.

I came out to Kraft Nissan twice before buying my vehicle and even though I was shopping Mr. Napier treated me the same like I was going to buy a car that day. I appreciate him for his had work and the Sales Manager Jim Sartin who has sold alot of people car down at the DMV. I will recommend Al and Jim to anyone looking for a vehicle.

If I told my best friend about this place, I'd say that Kraft Nissan is the best place to pick a car from and the people there are very professional. Harry Lee was one of those professionals, he helped my family get the perfect car and we love it! Thanks Harry :D

I went to kraft nissan not with the intenetion of purchasing a vehicle that day .i really was just looking at the rogue. I new I wanted either the rogue or the honda crv but as this was my first trip to the nissan store i just wanted some info so I could compare the two.Thats when i met one of the best salesman I have ever came across ,his name is Harry Lee.Harry was not pushy and he showed a genuine interest in helping me. The staff at Kraft also showed a willingness to wowrk with me on price something that the folk opver at honda were not willing to do for me.Thanks Harry.

Kraft Nissan ended up being a great place to buy a car. I was referred to Kraft by my best friend who had previously purchased a car from Al Napier. When I arrived he was able to assist me in finding the best car that fit my needs at that time. He was also able to help me get a great deal. I would recommend Kraft to anyone and they should go speak with Mr. Napier about finding a car that works for them.

KIA was the company i bought my 1st vehicle from so in january i returned to buy my second.... and was turned away . i went to kraft nissan . and was immediately put into a brand new altima , thanks to my salesman AL Napier ... he worked so hard to get me everything i wanted including getting me the color i wanted , which was not on the lot :)

I visit Kraft Nissan on three times before I bought my Maxima. Mr. Napier was helpful with giving me the information I need and handle the things that I wanted added to the car in a timely fashion. Mr. Napier is very professional and I would recommend anyone to go to Kraft Nissan and talk with Mr. Napier.

Me and My wife came into the dealership on faith and ended up meeting Al who was a great salesperson and made the process easy and fun. I recently purchased a vehicle from Kraft Nissan and it was a great experience. My sales person Al "Bun" Napier was professional and knowledgeable. When it came down to the vehicle we wanted the negotiations process was smooth as Rusty was nice and polite as well as the Finance guy Erik. Me and my wife have been with a car payment for a long time and really glad that Kraft Nissan could help us out along with a professional sales staff.

If I told my best friend about this place, I'd say: "When you go into Kraft Nissan, ask to speak to Harry Lee...he was a professional in getting me the car that I wanted. He did an amazing job and I know that he will do the same for you :D" Kraft Nissan is awesome and it's even better when you have some professional people willing to work on your behalf to get you that amazing car!

I already owned 1 car from Kraft nissan and enjoyed it very much. Our salesman Nick was able to get me into a newer vehicle and lower my payments. It didn't take long and I felt my time wasn't wasted at all. I really liked how fast everything was. They did everything right the first time and that is what keeps earning my business.

A couple months ago I went in looking to get out of my 2 door car and into a 4 door. I need something more practical and was able to find it. Nick was able to get me lower payments and in the same color just different model. It was very easy and simple. Since then I have done my oil changes and maintance there and have been very pleased. Highly recommend. Thank you for making things easy.

Kraft Nissan is Awesome. This is the second car I bought from here and I was very pleased. I purchased the car from Nicholas Haggstrom and he knew everything about the vehicle and different models. He got us the car we wanted at a great price and I wouldn't have been happier. Easy transaction, easy process.

Went in to look at the Nissan vehicles. Pretty much had made up my mind on a Ford Flex or Toyota. Branden was my salesman and he took his time to go over each vehicle I might have an interest in. Last vehicle I looked at was the 2012 Quest. I actually like it but thought I would never get a good price on both vehicles I was trading in. For some reason, over the last 12 years I have never bought a vehicle in Tallahassee. The deals were always better out of state. Anyway, Kraft gave me a great price on the new vehicle and $3,000 more than any other dealer on the trade-ins I had. I really wanted the Flex but the additional money for the Flex wasn't worth it. I took the Quest and I absolutely love this vehicle. I have owned 6 different Nissans in the past and if this vehicle is as reliable as the other ones I have owned, I will be totally satisfied.

My only question is their service department.At this point I am just not sure about it. Already had one problem with the installation of an option. I ended up speaking to Chris Kraft and bingo the problem was resolved. He also gave me a free loaner while they fixed the vehicle. I just hate going into talk to Mr. Kraft over every little problem.

So far I am very happy with the dealership and Brendan the salesman and I would buy another Nissan from Kraft.

They don't want to work on your car if you didn't buy it there. Servicemen are rude and sarcastic. I would have chosen 0 stars if that had been an option. We are new to Tallahassee and have only one vehicle. Kraft would not furnish us a car while they worked on ours. They could not find the problem that had been diagnosed in MS and would not go on that diagnosis. The service manager said Nissan sometimes hired incompetent servicemen. This is a brand new $40,000 car. We have always had our car serviced by nissan since 2007, but kraft nissan will not touch our car.

I spoke with Hiram London the day before and scheduled to have a harmonic balancer replaced in my Nissan Maxima. He told me to bring it in at 8am. Dropped it off at 8am with Scott Stanley who set the time for pick-up at 12pm. Attempting to organize a ride with a co-worker, I called Scott at 11am to see if the car would be ready by 12pm. No call back by 12:30pm, so I called again and got his voice mail again. Finally got a call from Scott after 1pm and he said they didn't have the harmonic balancer in stock and one wouldn't be ready until the next Monday or Tuesday and that I would have to pay extra for it to be there by Monday. No apologies for wasting my morning, so when I went to pick up my car I asked to speak with Hiram London, the service manager. I explained to him my situation and very politely expressed my disappointing experience. Although he was the one who scheduled my service, he said that it is not his practice to make sure the parts are available for car repairs. Absolutely no apologies were given. This was a most dissatisfying experience.
