Ordered a large vanity mirror for a bathroom. Took 3 diffferent times for them to schedule with me to install. First attempt they never cut the glass (somehow there was a failure to communicate my order within their business). Second attempt the mirrored switchplate never came in on the truck (I don't think they ordered in time). They then offered a $50 credit due to this. 3rd attempt they finally showed up but nicked the left top corner of the mirror. Had to take back outside and sand down the corner. After mirror was up we noticed all four sides didn't seem properly polished. Mirrored switchplate was installed and then taped (I was told to leave tape on 24 hours). Next day we took tape off and noticed a visible scratch on the corner of the mirror where switchplate is located. We've tried buffing out but it's still slightly there. We are now planing on framing the mirror to hide the edges. We will not use them again due to issues we had. Not worth the hassle to call them back out or have the mirror taken down and redone.

Not too happy so far. I have a broken storm door window and called Lee and Cates last week. Their adjuster came out on last Friday to do estimate. I was supposed to get call back on Monday. No one called. So I called that afternoon and was told the person that handles the quotes was in a meeting and I would get a call back. Still no call. I called when I got off work at 4:45 on Monday and they were asking me what the measurements were for the glass. Not cool. Gave me a price that actually costs more than buying a new door. Called again today and once again the person who does the quotes was not available. I have dealt with them in the past but I may not be dealing with them in the future. Very dissatisfied.

I have a crack in my shield - call - they schedule - then never show up or call me....then I call, and they said they forgot to call and tell me it was back ordered. Tell me it will arrive in two days, and 4 weeks later, still no shield. Lady that schedules tells you she will call you back...and never does...puts you on hold for 20 mins at a time. I do not know how they stay in business...I am taking mine elsewhere.

I had a crack in my windshield that had began to run and was now to large to repair. I contacted Lee and Cates to schedule an appointment. They gave me a competitive quote and I scheduled for a technician to come to my place of business two days later. They then suggested I contact my insurance company which I did. It turns out comprehensive insurance covers the repair as long as there is no other damage to the vehicle. State Farm gave me a number to call for a service that coordinates the repairs. I contacted them and advised that I had already made an appointment with Lee and Cates. They contacted them while I was on the phone and coordinated payment. The tech came on Friday and replaced my windshield in less than an hour. He was very nice and efficient. My new windshield is guaranteed for life as long as I own the vehicle. Excellent service! I highly recommend them.
