Paul Mitchell and Owner Michael sold me a broken xterra. They lied to me and gave me the run around until I stopped calling them. Just disappointed in these guys. I really wanted a good experience :(

Absolutely terrific, Michael and his staff are in the business of taking care of their customers. I was terrified of buying a used car due to the horror stories many of us hear (or have personally faced). As soon as you walk into the door you can tell Michael’s Imports is different than the rest. When I walked in I said I was interested in a vehicle and Todd (awesome guy) simply handed me the keys and said, “Here you go, take it for a drive and let me know if you’re interested.” Absolutely no pressure at all there. When I did buy the car, I had some mechanical issues arise that they likely wouldn’t have been able to discover before selling me the car. When I called and spoke to Michael, he immediately sent me to a mechanic and took care of all my issues at no cost to me. Under contract he did not have to do that and could have simply told me it wasn’t his problem, but he is clearly in the business of taking care of his customers and doing the right thing. Bottom line, if you’re going to buy a used car, you shouldn’t look anywhere else. You’ll be treated like a human being and valued customer at Michael’s Imports.

I love my Acura MDX that I bought from Michael's Imports. I explained to MIke exactly what I was looking for and he called me shortly with a car just for me! It was everything I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership.

My experience dealing with Mike and all of his employees has always been positive. They have always found the right car for me at the right price. I'm so fond of working with them that my Mom came over from Pensacola to purchase her vehicle and she loves it.
