Dealership refuses to honor warranty service. Set six appointments to have warranty covered work done. All six were cancelled by dealership. Two months later the dealership states there are no appointments for "this sort of work". Funny as the website states many open and available spots.

Also dealer stated they would provide rental in the meanwhile. Sadly I get there and they state they don't offer that service ever.

"Proctor Honda Service" provided me more than I expected in fixing my vehicle on Nov. 15, 2012. It was a simple problem, reattaching a mud shield that had come loose. Duke Chen told me to come in to the express lane and they'd fix it while I waited. It took a while, but gave me a chance to enjoy some coffee and visit with Mary Smith, the Honda used car sales person from who I bought this car several years ago. Didn't get the names of those who took care of me most courteously but the service advisor on the receipt was Tony Badia. The car came back to me washed, all tires inflated properly and in overall excellent condition. I will be happy to recommend Honda service to anyone."

I have been going to Proctor Honda since estimated 1997 with my Honda Civic and have continuously received excellent customer service everytime. My current vehicle is a 2000 Honda CRV, 12 years old, and running great due to the quality of service and maintenance work Proctor Honda continuously provides. The service personnel are always polite, helpful, and extremely focused on ensuring the customer is always satisfied with their service. The waiting area is very comfortable. They always check everything out on my vehicle to make sure I have no surprises - that means alot!

Proctor Honda is the best when it comes to sales and especially service. Zachary knows how to take care of his customers and if I have a crazy problem he always takes care of it. Next time he get to have the guys fix the clips for the screens on the back window.

I have serviced both of my Hondas at Proctor Honda over the years, and I have always found the service to be done right at a price that was right as well. The service advisors have always taken care of me and, if there ever was an issue with the work that was performed, they fixed it right with no questions asked and with no further problems. The service advisors have always been very informative and explained all service and parts to me. It was also a pleasure to work with sales when I bought my other Honda from there, and other personnel at Proctor Honda have also been nice, even following up with phonecalls after servicing my Honda.

I usually can reset my Maintenance Required light but this time it would not stay unlit so I thought I should take it is "just in case". Much to my surprise they did not try to find something wrong. They said my car was in great shape but my serpentine belt was showing some wear.

I recently purchased a used car (2007 Honda CRV) from Proctor Honda and I have been nothing but overwhelmingly pleased with my experience. Their sales staff and service department cannot be beat! This is my second car I've purchased from Proctor, and as far as I'm concerned, they will be the only dealership I'll deal with from now on. If you're in the marker for a new or used car, be sure and let the folks at Proctor Honda show you why they are the best.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2012 CRV FROM PROCTOR HONDA AND I WAS DUE FOR MY FIRST SERVICE @ 6,300 MILES. I HAD AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE SIDE OF THE DEALERSHIP AS I DID THE SALES SIDE. EXTREMELY REASONABLE AND VERY COURTEOUS STAFF. MY CAR WAS IN ANS OUT IN LESS THAN 45 MIN. NO APPOINTMENT WAS MADE ADN I WAS IN AND OUT.

Although I had previously purchased two cars from my local dealer, was not satisied with either attention or price. I had cash in hand. After I contacted Proctor by email, I made the drive the next day. A very positive experience! Attentive and well informed staff. The salesman knows his cars. Highly recommend!

Buying my first car from Bill at Proctor Honda was absolutely fabulous- the whole team listened to what I wanted, didn't try to oversell me, and really made me feel comfortable about my decision. Bonus- the experience didn't totally wipe out my wallet. Bill (our salesperson) was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The finance department went above and beyond to help me get a great interest rate. I was concerned that being a new car owner would be stressful and time consuming- I am happy to say it was anything but. I would highly recommend using Proctor Honda, and will certainly re-use them in the future. They are respectful, kind, and all around nice people.

I bought a civic in April, visited the service in July I was very impressed with customer care I received and witnessed while I was there. I refer all my family and friends here for there next car. Every time I walk in those doors I am pleased.

I have been dealing with Proctor for over 10 years, either through purchasing new or used cars or servicing my Hondas. I have always found them to be fair, honest, and helpful. I recently had a service done that took less time than originally quoted...a nice change.

I don't have enough good things to say about this dealership. I purchase a car from them and I am getting it serviced there too. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. We have referred several people to them and they have also had a good experience with them. I will definitely buy a car from them in the future,

I tried for 2 weeks to get the exact car I was looking for locally. I couldn't do it. I called Proctor Honda and they said we can get that for you. Within 2 hours of my call, they emailed me and told me they found the car and would have it on their lot that afternoon. Then just to make it even better, they delivered it to me at my house in Dothan AL. You can't beat that service. They even matched the negotiated price I made with the local dealer. For that I will buy all my cars from Proctor Honda. Thanks for making this experience the best car buying experience I ever had.

No appointment necessary, walked in around 4 p.m. and was out in less than 45 minutes with an oil change and tire rotation. Excellent service, was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in an waited comfortably while maintenance was performed. Even got to watch the end of the Italy/Germany soccer game on their flat screen T.V.! Couldn't have asked for more! -Jason

I've bought new vehicles, used vehicles, and use their service department. My experiences have always been exceptional. The vehicles (both new and used) are always exceptionally clean and in great condition. It's always great working with the service department. Very prompt and no mess inside or outside of the car. Doug Clifford is great to work with.

After having experienced similar services at other locations, our family will continue to use Proctor Honda of Tallahassee for our vehicle's needs. Quality work and employee friendliness ranks well above the other guys!

When I was looking for a new care I only had two requirements. One, ample headroom, as I’m a very tall guy. And two, air conditioning controls for the driver, as well as the front and rear passengers. I drove almost everything by every car maker… then I decided to go to Proctor Honda and drove away with a Pilot. I had my car for three years and not a single major issue, other than those self-inflicted. During my most recent visit I needed to have the door lock reviewed. I arrived at Proctor Honda only expecting to have my issue fixed, and quickly as usual, but decided to talk with Terri Rutledge (LOVE HER) to see if they had any options available and really just wanted to see how much my Pilot was worth. Well, I must say, I drove away with a new Pilot! My experience with Terri and the other staff was not only delightful, but they explained all the options and now I pay just as much, but owe less and for a shorter amount of time… all with a new Pilot. I left knowing I would be a Pilot driver for life and a Proctor customer as well. They have made me feel like I was one of the owner’s family members. So, in short, simply GO>SEE>DRIVE>BUY, it’s that simple.

Having taken my car in for both routine maintenance and occasional repair work, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge of the staff of the service department at Proctor Honda. This past week, when I called to tell them of a problem I encountered with the car, the associate indicated I should have the car towed. He helped me arrange for the towing, and told me to call him when the vehicle was on its way. Personally overseeing my case the entire time until I came to pick up the car, he called and gave me periodic updates so I always knew where we were in the process. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, he arranged for a shuttle to pick up me and my children. When we arrived, the gentlemen who assisted me at my last regular service (a significant mileage service) greeted me in a friendly manner and asked why I was back so soon. These are the ways that the people in the service department always make me feel as if I am their most important customer.
