My vehicle had suffered some nasty hail storm damage and had small to medium dents all over the top and sides of the car. I took my car (that was relatively new and only had 30,000 miles on it) here hoping that it could be made to look new again. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The customer service was excellent, they gave me updates on the progress of the repairs daily by phone and by e-mail. And of course, just as important was the quality of the work, I was very pleased with the car, all the dents were gone and my car looked just like it had prior to the hail storm. Great experience.

I had a horrible experience with these people. It took them three months to get a seat cover for a very common car. So I had to drive around Tallahassee with no seat cover for 3 months after I paid them. They messed up putting the splash guard back on where it makes a clicking sound as it rubs against my tire and chips away at the rubber. My alignment is off now and my car shakes terribly. They said they fixed the splash guard the second time I took the car back to them but it still makes that noise. Also they forgot twice to put the emblem on the grill. They suck. Don't take your car here take it somewhere else where it'll actually get fixed.
