Don't use this data company they will ask for your clients personal information and your private client contracts which are protected by state law then they will ask for your clients attorneys to send them your client information ? ... totally with out proper subpeana or legal authority, if you value your clients privacy do not use Irb they are expensive they lie in their advertisements and their data is not accurate they triple charge you and scam you, I think the executives are very shady people it's a big huge mistake to use them if you value your clients or case privacy and your case confidentiality or texas client privacy laws do not even think about using Irb additinally they are very rude and dispicable people to deal with. If you have a current account with them... I recommend dropping them asap immediately before your having to deal with or give up your clients and attorney clients private confidential information to a data base companynin Florida unsecured that will be subject or open to being subpoenaed Which will jeopardize your cases, client and ruin your Atty privacy privilege. Irb will also ask you to pay your clients attorneys to spend Atty legal time to write letters to Irb to give them the Atty client protected information which will cause you to lose clients and subject the clients and stays to have a insecure records and breach of Atty client privlelege. This company is a huge sham and scam con artists. If you give them everything except client information and contracts which are confidential Irb will act like you didn't comply. Also call the government and report them if they try to ask and force you to break the law. your client records are confidential unless asked for bynlaw enforcement in a criminal case or via virtue of subpeana in civil action and such if Atty client privelege must be surrendered the Atty. Don't use Irb ! Trust me I've been a pi for over 30 years this company is bad news.
