HORRIBLE customer service!!! I had an appointment, but when I walked in, I was completely ignored. I was left standing at the counter. No one acknowledged me. One lady, with short blond hair pulled back in a clip on top of her head, was on the phone at the counter right in front of me. She assisted two customers that called, I'm assuming to schedule appointments, and complete turned to another customer that was sitting down and left me standing at the counter. I was so shocked that i paused at the counter for a moment and waited about five secnods for the other two stylists to correct the other's mistake and they just looked at me and kept styling the client in their chairs. I will never return there. Rudeness seems to be part of the corporate culture. I recommmend taking your money to JCPENNEY's next door. Thats what i did with my $100 worth of service and products.
