If it were possible to give this company ZERO stars I would. They have managed my property for nearly two years. They have never once got a statement out on time; have automated charges for things they haven't done. They regularly ignore emails and messages left on their answerphone - the phone is NEVER answered. They are completely unapologetic for the gross incompetence they regularly display.

Things have got considerably worse recently, they now owe me $5000+, and have now cut off all communication.

AVOID this cowboy outfit like the plague! They are grossly incompetent. Not even the company owner (Acey Stinson) can be bothered to reply to emails, and is completely unapologetic for the sorry state of his company. He would appear to have nothing but contempt for his customers.

They are refusing to pay me my money by ignoring me. If this is how they treat their landlords, goodness knows how poorly they treat the tenants.

This box is too small to fully explain how bad they are!

Terrible run away!!!!! We called for maintenance to fix our shower, on a Fri. and was told that they would return our call. We called again on Mon., they gave the same response. We never received a call, while calling back Tue., Wed.,Thurs. The excuse they gave us was they have a lot of properties they maintain. -_-, well have to end up fixing the shower ourselves. I wish I could rate no stars

hi i and my bf moved here, and tried to find some place to live. I paid for an application $37 on friday. its Tuesday already and nobody called back! i understand it was Sat and Sun and it was Labor day on monday, but we do really need to move, we can't stay at hotel anymore. we called them today to make it clear, they (actually lady) were rude. she said that i need a guarentor now. and if it will be approved it will be ready after 3 or 4 days ((( But the thing is that my application is not aproved is not ready but they already charged me that $37 and they don't really nice at all. thinking about applying somewhere else. not happy at all((

I highly recommend that you AVOID this company at all costs. The management are never any help, very rude and brash toward their customers. I had problems with the internet and tv wiring through out the apartment. The management said they would take care of it through the internet/tv company but never did this happen. I eventually had to take care of it myself, after having to ask them on multiple occasions to do something about the issue. When I moved in, my room was absolutely disgusting; obviosuly hadn't been cleaned before I moved in but when I moved out, which I left in a very clean condition since I didn't want to be charged for anything that wasn't necessary. I later receive a bill for their cleaning services and for them having to repaint my room for 'correct' color, which I never actually painted from when I moved in. All in all, they are very inconsiderate and would certainly never recommend this company to anyone. In addition, they have dramatically upped their prices since I have moved out and think that is outrageous because the rooms/apartments are not even that nice. You'd be making a huge mistake if you sign a lease with them.

After living in multiple communities in Tallahassee this is by far the worst property management company that I have had to deal with. Upon moving in the apartment was filthy, half of the furniture from the furniture package we signed up for was missing, mini refrigerators in the bedrooms were broken for months, dangerously warped steps on the front porch, and faulty locks. It took months for management to fix the issues and some went unattended to the whole year. Our apartment was broken into through one of the bedroom doors due to the faulty locks and Remacc showed no concern with the unsafe conditions of their property. It took them weeks to come out and fix the broken door and even longer to add new locks. The employees are some of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with and do not care in the least about the tenants in their properties. I would never lease from this company again and I would highly recommend that if you are thinking about leasing from them to run in the other direction!
