Do they have an electrical lic? Do they have a Plumbers Lic? Do they have a Lic to remove black mold? NO I bet they don't. They will not finish the work until you have insurance checks in your hands. They don't cover your personal items up and they make a hugh mess. I feel like they prey on older women and take them for a song and dance. I will never recommend or hire them ever again........SHAME SHAME ON YOU SANTA"S LITTLE HELPERS. HA YOUR ARE A JOKE. THEY SHOULD HAVE A NEGATIVE STAR. THAT IS WHAT YOU GET.

I will NEVER recommend this sorry company to anyone! Quick to come over & look at the job. Had to harass him to give us an estimate. Had to harass him to come start the job. Sorry work on the drywall. Proposal riddle with mistakes. Snippy when asked questions. The guy made his wife do all his dirty work for him who was also just as snippy as her husband. We paid them in full with the confidence that they would be back to finish......now all we are hearing are excuses about how they cant come back. workers snooping around the house while looking for the "bathroom". His wife told me they were only in business for 14 years but their ads say they have been in business with "over 20 years experience". Stay far away from these people!

I would never recommend this company to anybody! I asked them to give me an estimate on a job where I slipped in the attic and put a crack in the ceiling. They did the repair without giving the estimate and charged me four times what it should have cost.

I would neither recommend Santa's Little Helpers nor give them repeat business. Minor deck repair was estimated as a 2-day job at $1,000, with the repairs to be done correctly in cement, not the ground. Actual work done in 2.5 hours on day one, but in the ground, not cement. Cost reduced to $700 only after I suggested a reduction. A fair price would have been $350. They refused to lower it any further. To be fair, I know with decks they had to look underneath to know for sure, but he could have done that when he gave the quote. He overquoted a small job. An ethical businessman, realizing that he had a minor job instead of a major one, would have renegotiated for labor + materials + 20%. Did these people underquote other jobs, only to inflate other quotes, trying to make up for it?###They gave me an estimate for another larger job, which I will give to another firm now.
