We will never take our RV to this place again, worst service we have ever had.
We took our motorhome to have one thing fixed, after almost 2 weeks waiting for them to get to it to determine the problem, even though they told us to bring it right in and they would get right on it. They finally ordered parts but while they were waiting on parts they said the A/C was bad(working fine when we took it in) said they had to order parts then when parts came in thermostat wouldn't work with new part. Ordered new thermostat but still wouldn't work. We finally picked it up with A/C not working! They had our motorhome almost 1 month. They never called to tell us anything, we had to keep going there to get any information! it seems from reading other reviews this is how they do business!

If you like paying premium prices for shoddy, incomplete work and being treated with disrespect, this is the place for you. Not only did they poorly repair what was requested, they broke or damaged other things and then would not do anything to make good on the damage, It cost me over $400.00 dollars to take my RV elsewhere to get the problems they created fixed. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any kind of repair shop.

I had a problem with my generator not running so I took it over to him. He fixed that OK. While there, he said he could fix another issue that I had. He tried, he failed, he charged me for it! It cost me over $300 to find out that he is a "shotgun" mechanic. Shotgun mechanics just start replacing parts in hopes of replacing the bad part. When I complained, he said "You could always take it to Camping World". We all know that CW is the worst place to take anything. In short, if you can take it somewhere else, do so.

They do good work. But charging for labor at $110 an hour I thought it was pretty tacky that they also charged me $10 for "expense for ware and tare on tools"????? Unbelievable that a repair shop would stoop this low.

I took my motor home to these folks as their web site stated they analyzed engines and transmissions. All my shift points had chanced abruptly and it was downshifting harshly. The manager,Brad , said it was the fluid as we have had so much rain. I did not think this sounded right ,but thought when they hooked up their diagnostics the problem would be brought to light. He said a transmission would be $250 and I agreed as i did not know when it had been done in the past. Also I needed a toilet modification/repair and he said that would be $200. I asked him to also check the left front wheel bearing. He said that would be 1 hour labor,$120 ,I think their labor is $120..

If there was nothing wrong with the wheel bearing the bill would have been a bit less than $600. I was charged ,with out even a phone call or any authorization $1092.91 ,82% increase ! They put in the wrong transmission fluid and it was down 3 quarts. ( I will take it to Freightliner and have the transmission fluid changed out. The Transmission manufacturer has not recommended the fluid they put in since 2005.

The shifting "problem" ended up being my inadvertently leaving the Jake brake on. When i called about the price increase all I received was double talk,when I called back about the transmission fluid being low and the wrong type, I again received B S. Obviously I would NEVER recommend these people for ANYTING.

Brad and his staff do very good work at a fair price. Brad recently moved from a small location on Bloutstown Hwy. to a much larger location on Capital Circle with 4 or 5 enclosed MH bays plus the ability to store units on site. I highly recommend Brad and his staff, they seem anxious to do excellent work, quickly and at a fair price. I have a 36' Fleetwood Diesel and they take good care of me.
