I got kicked out of a dry cleaners! They damaged a shirt, I bought the item to repair it,asked the help of the manager who turned out to be the owner and was told they would not fix the damage they caused. No apology,no offer of refund,no acknowledgement that no one told me they damaged it. Found it when I got home. I was told to read the exclusions on the wall. I told her I thought she wasn’t handling this in a professional manner she told me she heard it all before and she had plenty of customers. After exiting I opened the door to tell her how sorry I was this was handled so poorly and she told me not to come in to her store and pointed for me to leave, never been treated so disrespectfully. I guess the stories I’ve heard about this woman are true. Please don’t support mean people.

3 orders with destroyed buttons on my husband's shirts - I wsd told it happens and it's "called life" they offered to replace/repair the buttons but you have to pay full price for the cleaning first - and a few shirts came back from that repair unusable.

The place was nice, but the quality just wasn't there.
