This place is sleazy.



Incident 1: Two years ago I went in with a dead Blackberry battery. They told me the phone was old and Sprint did not even carry, nor could they order, the battery. They proceeded to try to sell me a new phone with of course a new service agreement.



Instead of signing up or buying a new phone, i drove to the Monroe street store and asked the same question. The staff member went into the back, retrieved a free brand new battery for me, and told me to have a great day! I was there less then a minute.



Incident 2: Now this year I went back in as a drop has killed by old Blackberry. I saw a phone they were offering for free with a 2 year commitment , but I was told that phone did not work with my plan. They proceeded to try to sell and lease me a different phone for lots of dough.



Knowing this store I called Sprint national, and of course the phone is free and does work with my plan. So now I have the new phone with no money out of pocket.



I am telling you sleazy Governor Square store.
