The first year my daughter moved in there was no problems. I would of gave it 5 stars. The second year (2015-2016) was a different story. They have sold ALL of the parking spots so visitors, especially overnights, have no where to park. Getting your own parking spot for your car is a problem. You can park in paid parking spots first hour free only. If you get a guess parking pass than make sure they are VERY clear on where you need to park. Our son was towed with a pass. My husband and I were towed and we had to walk in the rain to a very dark and dingy place to get our brand new car. Also DO NOT rent from there if you are graduating during the summer semester at FSU. They won't let you pay to stay an extra week and the leasing manager will be VERY rude and tell you the only way to stay another week is sign the lease for another year. Considering people can't move in until way past Aug. 1st this really shouldn't of been a problem. I blame the new management.

This is the worst place. DO NOT LEASE HERE. Illegal car towing monthly. They have no feeling or regard for students. You will wait weeks for maintenance. You have been warned!
