Owner doesn't seem to be customer service oriented. He was very rude, condescending, and asocial.. Bought a 40$ watch band and paid 3$ to have it installed--after about a week, the bar holding the band on was broken. The next day, I took it there and the owner said it was his employees fault that it wasn't installed right & therefore, I had to pay to get it fixed AGAIN.
