As you know, the 2006 BMW 325i we purchased from your dealership on Nov. 4, 2014 was in a state of disrepair upon purchase. The car bore a sign at time of purchase that read “30 day, 1000 mile warranty.”
On Nov 5, I returned to your dealership with the car due to a brake indicator warning lamp as well as another indicator lamp that was illuminated before I even arrived at home with the car on Nov 4th. I was also concerned that the steering wheel was whining when turned. You sat in the car, turned the wheel and heard the sound. You told me “it will work itself out, if not bring it back in a week or so.” You should recall that you opened the hood and waited for the engine to cool down so you could remove the cap to the coolant reservoir. It appeared to be empty. You had a mechanic bring around a bottle of antifreeze and poured it in saying it just needed coolant, everything is fine. 2 weeks later the car was deemed not operable without a new coolant tank, lower radiator hose and a new sensor. A $410.00 repair. Please see attached estimate. Also please notice that the mileage at the time of the estimate is less than a 1,000 miles and fewer than 30 days from the date of purchase. When I spoke with your office manager she called ME rude for being upset, and informed me that you were out of the country for several weeks and I would have to wait for your return and you would be in touch with me. Clearly several weeks have passed and you have not contacted me as promised to resolve these matters.

You stood in front of your establishment the day I bought the car and told me that the brakes on the car I was buying had been replaced and everything was good, but the indicator light just needed to be reset to turn it off. "Go to BMW they can turn it off for you.” The fact was, that your mechanics put the brake pad sensors on the wrong wheels, left front to right rear, right rear to left front. In doing so, they broke the car side of the connectors forcing them in and cross threaded a lug ruining it. When I took it to a brake specialist to have the indicator reset I was told that "whoever worked on this car had no idea what they were doing and had no business working on brakes!" When I brought this to your office manager’s attention, she informed me that she had contacted you and respond to this issue by making a loan payment for me that will not cover the cost of the repairs. Please see attached receipt for the brake repair reflecting the notes from the brake specialist regarding the left rear wheel bolt being cross threaded when the brakes were worked on prior to my purchase. The lug has not been fixed at this time, rendering me vulnerable to yet, another repair cost I should not be responsible for.
While no one at your dealership has contacted me or made any effort to resolve these repair issues the situation has escalated to the point where I am stranded without transportation. This situation left me no option other than to seek legal advice. I am, at this time, giving you 10 business days to respond to this communication and resolve these issues.

If you choose not to resolve this I will then contact The FL Bureau of Consumer Affairs, The Better Business Bureau, The Florida Department of Professional Regulation, and will proceed with a formal complaint through my attorney, seeking repair costs as well as attorney fees and court costs.
While I understand you are in the business to profit, you told me that you couldn't sell the 2011 Kia forte with 33,000 miles that I was trading in on your lot..."it will go to auction, no one wants a Kia". You gave me $5500 for it. You are now selling it for $11,000 on your lot. I believe there is room here for you to do the right thing. Not doing so would be shameful, morally, ethically, and fundamentally wrong.

Advertised for $2500 down but they tired to get $3111.00 by scamming.

2008 Buick Enclave
Less than 7 days I tried to return the vehicle because of the lot not willing to fix the problems.

Loud breaks we almost had a head on with a truck. 3/08/2018 and 3/16/2018

I have to jump the suv to get to point A and B.
Axle bad
Sway bars bad.
16 codes for transmission.

They sold me a warranty without me knowing of $405.

After bringing this to Sunshine Auto attention they claimed to remove the $405 which should have been the end of any balloon payment.

Returned to the dealer after Suv stopped in traffic they wanted to charge me for looking over the vehicle I went home crying and decided I’ll let someone fix it started the process and bam at 6am Andre and his minions New Link Finace company repoed the Suv on 3/31 I called my insurance to see if it was something I did they said no.

I’m looking to build a major lawsuit with anyone out there with similar problems with this dealership and their others please let me know so we can take these people down.

This place has some ifey cars. However, Andre made sure he put me in the most affordable, but dependable car. He was very patient with me and detailed about every car I asked about. Thanks Andre.... THIS WAS THE WORSE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY ALL ARE FRAUDS AND WORK TOGETHER.. THE FINANCE COMPANY LIES AND MISLEADS CUSTOMERS. THE DEALER BESHAY AND SALESMAN LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY. I BOUGHT A 2003 MAXIMA 6SPD AND HE TOLD ME THE CLUTCH AND TRANSMISSION WAS NEW AND I USED THAT TO MAKE MY PURCHANCE. 8 MONTHS LATER THE TRANSMISSION AND CLUTCH WENT OUT. THE FINANCE COMPANY TOLD ME THEY WOULD WORK OUT A DEAL IF I GET IT FIXED AND RIGHT AFTER I SPENT $1200 ON FIXING IT, THEY CAME TO REPO IT KNOWING THEY ONLY REASON I GOT BEHIND WAS BECAUSE OF THE REPAIRS. THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER..

This is not the people's best owned car dealership. It is the worst car dealership and it should be shut down for selling crappy cars. They don't make sure their customers a 100% satisfied. I got two cars from them that are a piece of junk. The first one I traded it out because it needed a sensor thinking I would get a better car, but the second one is sitting in the yard because it has a leak, needs a coolant jug and a sensor. The are all about money and they don't know if the vehicles on their lot are in good working condition or not because they don't check them.
