First time visiting, we actually went inside the restaurant and asked the waiter if they were serving people outside. He said, "yes" and so we said, "ok, we'll take a table outside". There was one couple eating inside and another couple eating outside...no other customers. About 5-7 minutes passed before anyone came outside to greet us or give us menus. We told the server this was our first time at this venue and asked him what is a popular dish. He said he didn't know the dishes and that he was new. As a former restaurant/bar manager....I expect servers to only be allowed on the floor when they know the menu fully and can recommend favorite or popular dishes. Absolutely unacceptable. Our food came out cold, the server couldn't carry a cup of coffee to save his life, and the bill was never brought to us after our dishes and drinks were cleared. I enjoy trying new restaurants, especially those who claim their food is of "authentic ethnicity", but I will never return to this establishment.
