First off let me start by saying I am not one of those people who complains about goods or services just to get money back. I had a manicure and pedicure from this salon and 2 days later I had an infection on my big toe where the man cut the cuticle to deep. I had to go to the doctor 3 times, receive 2 shots and take antibiotics for a week. Besides the co-pays of $60 for three visits, I have a bill for a culture for a staff infection of $234, and a bill for $177 where the doctor had to drain the wound. I have called several times to get reimbursed for my medical bills. The owner hung up on me twice. The first time he told me he was busy and if I called back he would go out to his car and get his insurance information. The other time he said I need to file a police report and acted like he didn't speak English. I live out of the state so I cannot just go up there. Here are pictures of what I experienced.

Consistently provides excellent service at very affordable prices. Best nail salon I've come across in the 5 years I've lived in Tallahassee.
