I recently brought a picture of a $10,000 diamond engagement ring to Tallahassee Diamond Center, and they made a ring that looked exactly like the picture for half that price!!! I couldn't be happier!!!

My fiancé and I searched all over Tallahassee and Panama City for the perfect engagement ring setting. After searching high and low, we found the most beautiful and unique setting at TDC. They provided great customer service and were very patient as we tried ring after ring and even made multiple trips to be certain.After choosing the setting, Sean worked with my fiancé to find the most perfect diamond for the setting. I adore the ring and get constant compliments on it. Sean, Cheryl, and Courtney are great people, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Tallahassee Diamond Center.

I brought a few watches in to the “Tallahassee Diamond Center” to have their batteries replaced. When I returned to pickup my watches I specifically asked if the gaskets in each watch were in good condition (to prevent water from entering the watch), I was told they were. A week later I went swimming and my watch filled up with water and seized. I returned to the store and asked them if they could repair the watch so it would work again. I was given a stern “No, there’s nothing I can do”. They remedied the problem after about 30 minutes of arguing. Kudos (Finally). Then a few weeks later the other watch I brought in quit working, the battery had died. I spoke to the owner, but he refused to take responsibility and wouldn’t remedy the problem they created. Again, I was told that there nothing they were going to do. Finally after about 15 minutes of being interrupted and spoken over I got a refund. I wasn’t seeking money, I just wanted them to replace the defective battery the
