This property is Beautiful! The staff are very friendly, almost like family! My family has loved it here and loves the atmosphere of the residents and staff combined. The maintenance staff is great and makes you feel heard and important. Always very attentive to details of work orders. The landscape is beautiful as well. Sometimes the pet stations do not get as much attention as they should but overall, it’s a great place to live!

The staff are not helpful in any way and they are rude. You have to pay 35 to have an application fee along with 150 "holding fee". Beware because the rude and not at all helpful staff will tell you that you do not get that 150 back AT ALL! Read the paperwork carefully. Have several people read it. From my understanding of the paperwork you got the 150 back if you are not approved. Hince "holding fee".
