My husband took my shoes to this shop approx. 3 wks ago. The guy named Ray, whom I assume is the owner, was not there but the woman who was said he would call and give me the estimate. He never
called. I called him. He told me the price of the repair and I almost choked!!That was the very, very
last 20.00 he will ever get from me for stitching 2 small pull-on straps on the back of my shoes!!!!!!!

I had to get treatment on my heels. It lasted for just about three wears. I asked to replace for free or refund the money, and the owner refused saying I must walk funny, that's why it wore off so quickly. Very rude and condescending. Never again.

The Cobbler Shop does amazing work. I have used them for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. They also work on horse tack and repair saddles, boots, and bridles as well as cleaning and restoring if needed.

This is the best shop in town for any leather work. I have been going there for over 25 years and the work is always top notch. From aleration of leather boots to simple jrepairs, they do a great job! Jeannette Andrews

Dropped shoes off to be repaired, came to get them and the job was only half done. when I questioned the guy behind the counter he became very rude and suggested that I go somewhere else. Not only will I go to some other shoe repair, I will also warn my customers to stay away from this place.

I have to disagree with the last customer. The Cobbler's Shop is one of the nicest shoe shops in town. They are absolutely the cleanest shop in town. The Cobbler's Shop is the fastest shop in town. I have had 1/'2 soles and heels on my husbands shoes and a bag full of my shoes that needed heels and toe soles and got them in the same day. They have always done a great job for me. Maybe if you went in there with a better attitude you would get the same service I get. They have even been praised in the Tallahassee Democrat for their creative work and I praise them for all the fast service that they provide. Check them out!!!

I always take my shoes to the Cobbler's shop to be repair. Their service is excellent and fast. Their prices fits my budget and they are always pleasant. They have rare customer service.

Love the Cobbler's Shop. I've been taking my heels to them for years, and have never been disappointed. I've taken in difficult, vintage (almost destroyed) heels, and the person working was honest about what exactly had to be done to the heel in order for it's survival. I've always gotten my shoes back clean, and with an explanation of what was done to them, and have always been charged a very fair price.

They are VERY FAST! You can drop them off mid-morning and pick them in a couple of hours, and they have flexible hours. And it's great to support local business. Reuse your shoes!
