Very unhappy with Hourglass!!! Have been using Hourglass for almost 10 years and every time I checked out the price was never the same. The last time it was substantially higher so I asked why and was never given a satisfactory answer. I was told that the doctor I saw, Dr. Rebecca Del Moral, wanted to charge a higher price than Dr. Peacock (who I have always gone to). Ms. Del Moral also would not write my prescription for as long as Dr. Peacock. I called the district sales manager, Anna Dixon and she promised to look into my request and get back with me. She never called me back. I called her back every day for 2 weeks. You would think she would have had the decency to at least call me back and tell me she could not help me. I think someone at Hourglass would at least want to try and help a long term customer. Many of my family and friends go to the hourglass and will hear of this unfortunate incident and I am sure some will probably chose to go elsewhere as I am. Shame on you Hourglass for at least not getting back with me. You would have saved yourself my business and some of my family and friends too.

I purchased two pairs of glasses two weeks ago, and now I am saving up to replace both pairs. the lens material they use has a way to much glare, the other ones are progressives and they begin to progress almost at the top of the lens. I can only see out of them by looking through the very top. and I was assured by the sales staff that I just needed to wear them for a week and get used to them. I wish I had told those folks to go kick rocks and went to a discount store.

I was just in the Hour Glass and had a great experience. I wanted to go with color on my contracts. They ordered samples and helped me pick a color Dr. Amy Stephens came in and helped me and gave me an eye exam. For the first time in a couple of years this is the firs prescription that is perfect. I cannot say enough about the staff and Doctor on how professional and pleasant they were. I will definitly be continuing service with them.
