You will leave more broken than when you came ad never disclose your heart or anything you believe to be personal to the pastor's wife or any of those who are affiliated or attached with her through their clique. You will live to regret it and be humiliated by those who have been privy to your personal information without your knowledge and then it is either regurgitated or gossiped about by their children

Small congregation maybe 35-40 tops, more on fellowship Sundays.I think within this congregation there is confusion among leadership, one of the deacons takes charge .Although they try to stay true to Baptist tradition. Cliques are apparant here as well - even though it is so small.
