Bad Service

This restaurant has ok food but if you want nice, friendly customer service please go somewhere else. The server we had seemed to be a little bit overworked. Our food took about 30 minutes for two chicken strip dinners. Then once we received our food the fries were cold so I asked the server for more fries. She said she was sorry and went to the back. Then all we heard was a male yelling that food has been sitting a long time now you want me to make it over. I immediately flagged down the manager so he could hear what was going on but when he came to the table he went to making excuses instead of listening to what I was telling him was going on. To make a long story short by the time we received the fries from the server, not the manager we were ready to leave. As we were going to pay the bill the manager saw us coming to the front and walked to the back instead of asking if everything had been corrected.
