I'd give Vogue more stars than just five.

I've been going to Vogue Cleaners since 1991 and I've never had any problems with my laundry. The clothes are ready when promised - even before in a few cases, and they look fabulous. When I point out stains the drycleaner puts a small piece of tape that states "stains". There have been a couple of times stains wouldn't come out but no one else would be able to, either (and I've tried). A few weeks ago I dropped off a white jacket that somehow developed stains on it - like tomato sauce (but I hate tomato sauce). They've had it for a few weeks and each time I drop off other items they show me the jacket and it's looking better and better. I'll be happy if the stains aren't quite as noticeable.

For clothing, the turnaround time is quick: drop something off Monday morning and you'll have it by Wednesday after 4:30.

The service is professional, friendly, and very courteous. I must be a "regular" customer because they're typing in my name as I enter with articles for cleaning. The prices are very competitive. They're not a drop-off place (as are so many) where the drycleaning is performed elsewhere. If there's a concern the owners are there so you can talk to them.

I've seen people of the "starched shirt, grey wool suit"-types that bring in loads of shirts for cleaning. No doubt they live in the high-rent part of town and I'm sure there are drycleaners there, but these people bring their clothing to Vogue.

Another service they offer is rug cleaning. I believe that the price (as of November 2016) is $2.00 per square foot and that is comparable to having it done elsewhere.

To all the reviewers that had bad experiences I can only say that even the best places have bad days and I'm sorry that it happened to you. (No, I'm not affiliated with them).

They also take hangars for re-use/recycling, something handy to know. Those things multiply so quickly!

This man ruined a $500.00 skirt and won't even refund the $9.00 he used up in chemicals to do it. If you care about your couture or high end suits or any article of clothing, make sure to take your business elsewhere.The receptionist wouldn't even give me his legal name, said it was "BJ"Running off a LLC from West Palm, and Vogue is just the name from the original, reputable owner, who sold it three years ago.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought in over 10 dresses, 3 coats, 5 blouses, and 3 or 4 slacks, before closing on Monday, and they were ready for pickup on Wednesday. The owners are incredibly friendly, and hardworking. It's great to support local businesses and everyone should strive to do so! They've also received local awards for being the best dry cleaning in Tallahassee. I was very pleasant with all of my garments. They were clean, did not lose any color, and were pressed and ironed. Love 'em! Very easy, and they are my new favorite dry cleaners. Support local business!

I took my wedding dress in to be pressed and starched after it was altered. I pointed out various areas that needed pressing. Several of these areas were obviously not touched as the freshly altered seams were still turned in on themselves and it was also obvious that no starch had been used anywhere. (If they can't even use an iron, steamer, and starch there is no way I am going to let them dry clean anything.)
