They went beyond what was asked of them, to help. I will never use anyone else! A great Christian Family

I called for an appointment and was told a tech would be out by noon. The tech called before noon and said the job he was on was taking longer so he would be later. He was really nice and the call to let me know about a delay was really appreciated. The two young men arrived and did a great job. I definitely recommend them to anyyneeding septic service. Very polite and professional!!

These guys are SPOT ON. They were punctual, professional, and very reasonably priced. And, may I add, very knowledgeable. I am definitely planning on using Tallassee Septic Tank Service in the future and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of these services. THANKS AGAIN......KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Highly Recommend!!!! Friday afternoon and discovered a full septic tank. Called several other companies and none could come out till Monday. One company took all my information and said they were coming out but at 4pm I had not heard from them so I attempted to call to get an update on when they were arriving, no answer. I then called Tallassee Septic and they were on another job but came by right after they finished and remedied my "crappy" day!!!!

I highly recommend Tallassee Septic Tank Services! Arrived on time; two young men as nice as can be; very reasonably priced. They had to dig down 2' on two sides to open my tank which was a lot of digging. I had a big bush in the way and instead of just cutting it out (which I said they could), they dug it up so I might be able to replant it (elsewhere). Pumped & washed out the tank, helped further by clearing a blocked line coming into tank, refilled and raked all the dirt back over the tank as nice as can be and left no mess. Also heard them calling their next customer to give them a time estimate on arrival. FIVE STARS!!!

We have called them several times for them to come and see about our septic service. The first time, they told us they would be here on a Friday, and we have 3 dogs in the back yard so we needed to make accommodations for them. They never showed up, and they never called to tell us they were not coming. We called and they said they were just really backed up. So we rescheduled for a Tuesday. They never called or showed up. So we called again and asked, and they said they promised they would come on Saturday. This time they did at least call (around 4pm) to tell us they couldn't make it and they would be here on Monday. Again, never showed up and never called. We will have to find another plumbing company that will come when they say they will! It has been a very frustrating experience with them.

They were there on time and did it right the first time. We received excellent service from them. They were polite and I would use them again from now on.
