I just left Erie Station. It was the worst service that I have ever experienced. It took 30 minutes to receive our food. The food wasn't as we ordered it. As we were served our food we asked for a drink and a side dish. Neither ever came, yet we were charged for it. We waited 15 minutes after our meal to get to speak to the waitress. We asked for the check. 10 more minutes. We asked for the items we didn't receive to be taken off the bill. 18 minutes later a person in our party had to go in the kitchen to ask to pay for it. By the way, when asked about the beverage we didn't receive, the waitress said "well, nobody ever gave it to me" as that was acceptable. She basically acknowledged that she charged us for it, when she knew we didn't receive it.



Also, Sitting next to my family was a father and his two sons who waited for their first course for 25 minutes and finally got up and walked out.



I hadn't been to Erie Station for 1 1/2 years because I had poor experience during that visit. I guess its safe to say this place we'll never see my family again.
