Provided by YP.comPark Fords staff is the best around. I went in with an issue, and they handled it promptly. Park Ford has always treated well. Everytime I go in there I feel like a friend to them. And while I prefer to work on my own truck, I always feel safe using there shop. Simply put, Park Ford has the best customer service around.

Provided by YP.comMy niece drove from Michigan to my home in Akron recently. When she arrived, her Ford was very, very hot. The next day we took her car to the Park Ford Service on Saturday morning. We were told we needed to replace the radiator on this 2008 Ford. They said it was "so plugged", that if they "flushed" it, it would break the radiator. We must have looked like 3 dumb girls! Went down the street to Valvoline, where they flushed the radiator for $80. She continued her drive to N. Carolina - NO PROBLEM. It is now 2 weeks later...and her car is fine. Chris @ Park Ford service - I hope to get the word out what a ripoff this establishment is!

Provided by YPmobileI wanted a 2014 fiesta ST Milton orange!! Its not the easiest car to find!! Most dealerships won't come off of them!! Steve managed to find me one in Indiana! Yes Indiana! He gave me interest rate and payment under my expectations!! I can tell you Steve cares!! He's not a fat cat lookin for easy money!! He's a small fish in a big pond. But he's the best little fish I've ever met lol. I will always buy from Steve! What a guy!! Steve Sitts saves you the run around!!

Provided by YP.comJust had a short but very RUDE conversation. I called to inquire as to their fax # . When the female answering the phone asked what department I said the finance. Her response was "We don't have one" then she hung up on me. I called back this time she gave me a fax # to the sales department, but once again hung up before I could verify the number. My husband called trying to confirm the number & was spoken to like he was an idiot and hung up on not once but twice. If they are that rude over the phone to potential customers there's NO WAY I'll do business there. RUN DON'T WALK TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP !!!

Provided by YPmobileI bought a car from there that supposedly had been through the service department. The gave me a list of all the things they ''supposedly'' replaced. After a week of driving it was having problems starting, only to find out the battery was old, but they told me they replaced it. Also 4 of the lug nuts were stripped but jammed in the wheel, pulling into my driveway the wheel snapped off. Luckily it was in my drive, not the highway.After talking to 6 different people, trying to explain my distaste, I finally talked to the owner mike, he told me it wasn't his problem and that if I had better credit I wouldnt be in a situation like this, because I would be driving a new car. He hung up on me after I told him to fix the things that were on the list of repairs that was explained to me as ''done''
