If there was a negative star rating, I would give that! There is a recently released video going viral if this company’s owner abusing a puppy. The puppy was engaging in play, the owner yelled, puppy coward and yet she still grabbed him, stepped on his head, dragged him off the floor by his collar and kicked him into a room with no cameras. She then followed the dog into the private room and lord only knows what abuse continued. This establishment needs to be shut down and the owner jailed!! Do NOT send your beloved dog to this place!!

My young puppy was as nervous as I was as I sent her off to Tails R Waggin while my family was on vacation. I came back to pick her up only to find she didn't want to leave!! The staff was so friendly and I could tell they got to know her really well as they called her by name and told us of all her antics. She came home exhausted and worn out! (Hard to come by with a boxer/lab pup!!!) the cages were all well kept and very nice sized!! They kept a detailed report card of her stay, of how she ate, and how she behaved. (It was adorable ! ) they also having online cams you can watch while you're away. I saw my puppy either being played with, or playing with the pack of other dogs. We will always be bringing our puppy here. Such a great place that we KNOW our dog loves!!

This is a great place for dogs. They get to run around all day with all their buddies and come home tired and happy. The dogs are not stuck in cages all day, they are free to run and play. They have puppy cams so you can check on your pets.The staff is great too!

I have never boarded my pets before, so I was very nervous about leaving my new kitty with a bunch of strangers, but when I went to look at the facility before I agreed I was amazed. Their kennels are much larger than any of the other kennels I looked at. They were very clean, friendly and extremely helpful, especially when it came to my ferret boarding as well. Such a great kennel!
