Tallmadge Middle School offers a variety of academic, athletic and recreational programs for students in grades six through eight. The school s core curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies, language arts and physical education. It has a library that stocks a collection of storybooks, reference materials, atlases, encyclopedias, dictionaries, and fiction and nonfiction books. Tallmadge Middle School is governed by the Tallmadge City School District, which also operates McCombs Education Center, Tallmadge High School, Munroe Elementary School, Dunbar Primary School and Overdale School. The school district provides education to students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. Its schools maintain parent-teacher associations that organize several fundraising events and guidance programs.
